I like this. It is an elegant pose with a lovely model. No foreshortening or unaccounted for limbs/digits, which are common in too many "artistic" poses. The lighting is spot on. I really like the interaction between the foreground (her and her clothing) and the background (what she is laying on.)
My only issues are the loss of focus as it moves latterally from center, and the twist at her midsection. She is thin enough that her waistline looks malformed with the twist she is currently in. Something as simple as moving the top leg behind the bottom leg, instead of how it is, would open her hips slightly and would decrase/lower the twist from uo near her ribs to closer to her hips. It would look more natural and would reduce the deformation at her waist.
beautiful angle and pose, I think it goes too blurry on the left side particuarly over her breast which would look lovely and appealing if it looked darker instead of blurry.
I don't mean to imply that this stunning model is a dog, but this image reminded my of my wife's great dane because he is almost always laying in that pose.
He is a very LARGE and strange dog. And yes it is very funny to see him twisted like that. Here is a picture of him (not in the pose unfortunately). [link]

Just MY opinion!
