Beautiful picture. I have always liked B/W as a medium because of the clarity and interplay of light and shadow. Also it is always better when the model is looking directly into the camera as it always seems as though the eyes capture you first then the other features.
As far as the technical goes the aspect ratio looks correct and is centered well.
I cannot give any great props for originality as there are a bazillion pics that are this exact pose. I will say again though that you have a very nice style and your contrast and light levels are very nice.

I can see her beyond the black and white [or sepia effect?] or nudity...
She is a natural red head... right?
